The Pyredoodle is a mixed breed dog – a cross between the Great Pyrenees and Standard Poodle dog breeds. Calm, fearless and loyal, these pups inherited some of the best traits from both of their parents. Pyredoodles go by a few other names, including Pyreneespoo, Pyrepoo, and Pyreneesdoodle.
Daddy - King Rex, Great Pyrenees breed.
Mommy - Anny, Standard Poodle breed.
Since Poodles were bred to be avid bird dogs, their legendary hyperactivity is beyond dispute. But this extra energy is greatly reduced when crossed with the stoic Pyrenees. And since Poodles do not shed at all and are one of the most hypoallergenic breed, our Pyredoodle owners tell us that their dogs do not shed (once they lose their “puppy coat”) and never make them sneeze.
The Pyredoodle is a sweet, loyal dog. He is highly intelligent, and he will require not only physical exercise, but mental activity as well. He is great with children of all ages. He is gentle with small children, and he gets along well with a variety of animals.
We still have a few Pyredoodle puppies, they are white with creamy marks color. Both males and females are available at this time. Only one female has mostly black color.
